From there, we put together an investment guide tailored to your project’s scope. This isn’t a budget. It’s a framework that gives you a clear, honest picture of what to expect before any commitments are made.
Once your proposal is signed and your retainer is in place, design begins. We develop an initial concept and present it to you in person, then move into a more detailed phase covering renderings, final pricing, and revisions.

With everything approved, we begin sourcing and placing orders. All pieces are delivered to our studio or a trusted receiver, where we inspect them before they reach your home.
We install everything within a focused three to four-day window. We handle styling, address any punch list items, and photograph the finished space.
